celebration experience. Paul's equipment, decor, and delivery is EXCEPTIONAL! Paul listened to

 our vision and made sure that every design detail was on brand, on point, and perfect! We had

our wedding on Disney Property, and ALL THE MAGIC was PAUL and his team.

 We hired Paul, owner of One Step Beyond Events and Rentals, for our wedding reception at Walt

 Disney's Grand Floridian hotel.His work was nothing short of amazing! Paul went above and

 beyond to make our day special and he also was great about working within our allotted budget

 (something any consumer can appreciate because some vendors try to up-sell everything

they can).

The pipe & drape, up lighting, tables, cake table, custom bar, a kids table, custom kids

seating, follow spotlights, flood lights, DJ front board, exciting dance party effect lighting,

specialty lighted backdrop, specialty acrylic chairs and fixtures were the talk of everyone who

 attended our reception!

I would highly recommend Paul for anyone who is looking for party rental services, wedding

services, or any other event services. Start your search with him, not one of the commercialized

 "big companies"...you won't get near the same customer service that Paul will offer you.

Side note: I also really enjoyed Paul's personality. He's a say-it-like-it-is kind of person, which is

very endearing when it comes to planning an important event. The recommendations and

advice he offered my wife and I were spot-on. He took the time to answer her questions, keep

 her excited about our reception and even captured footage so we could look back on the best

 night of our lives!

I am writing this follow-up review now that my wedding event has ended. From the beginning of

 connecting with Paul to the end result on my wedding day, I cannot express enough gratitude

 and appreciation for everything he did to make my dreams come true! What I thought was a

vendor to rent one-of-a-kind tables from became the person who turned my dream vision into a

 reality! Beyond all of his amazing and gorgeous party rentals, Paul stepped into the role of

event planner and also coordinated and organized the details on the day of! I was able to get

ready for my event and enjoy, without even worrying about how things were going at my

reception setup.

I have spent my whole life dreaming of what my wedding day would look and feel like,

and I can say that when those doors opened to my Disney Wedding Reception, I was speechless

and completely blown away! I will never forget that moment. Who was STILL there to greet me

first, Paul from One Step Beyond Events. I stepped into a dream, my dream, and all because of

the countless hours, money, planning and attention to detail that Paul dedicated to my wedding

 reception! On top of it all, Paul was there to make sure the lighting was just right throughout the

 event, and even captured photo and video so that I could have something immediately to relive

 my wedding reception! My family and friends were so impressed with everything, and were

amazed at Paul and his talent and work-ethic!

 He will always hold such a special place in our hearts! If you are trying to decide what vendor

you should use for your party, event or wedding, look no further! You just found the perfect way

Wow! Wow! Wow! That’s what almost everyone of our 200 guests said when they arrived at my 65th birthday party. It was like Miami and New York and Hollywood all rolled into one.  Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paul and his guys went way behind one step - should rename his company to 10 Steps Beyond. Paul is tough and he’s a perfectionist and it showed in the results. Honestly, the best evening of my life! I’ve had multiple friends tell me it was the best party they’ve ever been to. Just amazing.

One Step Events were amazing from the first encounter. I didnt know who i was speaking with initially. The guy was very well informed and passionate about his services, i then realized he was the owner.  Paul and I ended up being on the phone for over an hour navigating through his website and videos. I shared my vision and what I wanted. After further conversing, I realized he worked with an event planner i used for my daughter’s graduation party. Fast forward, we hired him for my sons birthday party. He didn’t disappoint! He provided all the furniture, lights, drapes, & light towers. The party was awesome! I will definitely continue to use him and recommend One Step for our event center and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to create an amazing experience.



Paul is amazing! I am getting married in a little less than 2 weeks and he has gone above and beyond to help my fiancé and I turn a small room look like a 5 star restaurant & venue. He worked well with our budget and the communication has been clear and open. I have seen his work and I am super excited about have everything perfect for our special day. Thanks so much Paul! :D



Amazing! Words cannot express. Best party rental available. Paul went above and beyond. It was as though we got a party planner along with the rental furniture. He planned everything from furniture placement to lighting and sound. He transformed an ordinary backyard into a posh nightclub.it was impeccable. He paid attention to every detail. . No one else could ever deliver like he did!



I cannot say enough about Paul and his company! Paul’s one-of-a-kind LED acrylic tables made my party unforgettable! Everyone will be talking about it for years! I have never seen anything like it! Paul is a professional who knows what he’s doing and how to bring your vision and ideas to life! All I can say is WOW! If you’re looking for Party Rentals that will take your ideas to the next level, and someone to care about all of it as much as you do, look no further! Paul even went out of his way to introduce himself to my family and friends, making them feel like they were part of it all!

Thank you to One Step Beyond Events for outstanding service at our wedding reception! Our guests were blown away by the illuminating stage and DJ booth. This isn't like anything you normally see at an event. Pictures don't capture just how amazing an atmosphere the lighting created. We couldn't be any more satisfied!

And, when Paul asks you whether you want him to set the lighting up to go with your music and to change the lighting throughout the night to change the vibe, trust him to do it! It was the best and we would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Paul, I want to thank you again, for coming all the way up to NY for our daughter Arianna's Sweet 16. You really, really, really, did an Amazing job. You definitely made our Daughter's birthday one that she, and apparently, all her friends will never forget. Everyone is talking about how incredible and cool everything looked and what a great time they had at the party. So much so, that now bunch of her friends parents have reached out to me for your contact. I told them that if they want to have that authentic Miami /Florida feel for your party then you have to get someone who knows and lives in the scene. While there may be other companies on Long Island who do this sort of thing to one degree or another, none do it to your level at all. The way you transformed our backyard and a plain old tent into a South Beach Club/Lounge Party was totally incredible. The lighting, the furniture, the decor, the music and the special effects were all truly fantastic. Everything you did for our party was perfect. Especially with Covid situation being what it is. It was so nice for all of our Friends/Family to have that experience once again of being somewhere out and away on some cool vacation. Albeit a short one. LOL.
